THIS MONTH'S PAIRING:

For the month of December, we teamed up with the folks at Brew Hub to bring you the perfect pairing- our flagship UJP mild sausage with their flagship IPA.

Because our all pork sausage is made from the leanest cuts of pork, seasoned with the finest spices available, and country smoked for hours, it is delightfully complimented by our deliciously hoppy Rome City. The hops bring out juuuust the right amount of spice in the sausage.

ABOUT THE BEER:

 This GABF 2017 Gold-medal winning IPA, packed with the juicy goodness of hops, is an homage to their flagship brewery in Lakeland, Florida. This hoppy IPA has a piney aroma with floral notes. The tasting finishes with a citrusy bite of lemon and grapefruit, as well as an underlying tropical fruit sweetness of pineapple and mango.

STYLE: American IPA

STATS: 5.8% ABV // 70 IBU

AVAILABILITY: Year-Round // Draft + 12oz Cans

NAMESAKE: Lakeland, most known for its 38 lakes, royal swans and endless citrus groves, was at its founding almost named Rome City.

Brew Hub, located right off of I-4 in Lakeland, FL, is a company that provides full brewing, packaging, distribution and selling services for craft breweries that are capacity, geographically, or financially constrained. The company plans to have five breweries located throughout the country that will cater to craft breweries. Each facility will allow craft brewers to Partner Brew their beers on site. Craft Breweries can brew their beer in our facility under the direct supervision of their brew master.
